The Vagus Nerve Activation - Gentle tones, humming and deep sound vibrations stimulate the vagus nerve, helping to regulate the nervous system, lower stress and promote deep relaxation.
Brainwave Entertainment - Sound can shift our brainwaves from active beta states into slower alpha, theta and delta frequencies supporting meditation, creativity and emotional healing.
Intention & Presence - The energy and intention behind sound healing are just as powerful as the sounds themselves. When we bring awareness and heart-centered focus the healing deepens.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure a positive experience for all participants and to help our sessions run smoothly, please review the cancellation and rescheduling policy below:
Client Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session will receive a full refund and offer rescheduling. Cancellations more than 24 hours prior to sessions will not be eligible for refunds. This included no shows. Reschedulling is always offered.
Session Cancellations by Facilitator:
If i need to cancel a session for any reason, you will receive a full refund or have the option to transfer your booking to a future session.
Can I attend Sound Healing whilst pregnant?
Sound healing can be a relaxing and supportive experience for many people, including those who are pregnant. However, every pregnancy is unique, so I always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before joining a session.
If you are pregnant and would like to attend, please let me know in advance so I can help make sure you’re as comfortable as possible. For your well-being, I suggest sitting a little further away from the instruments during the session.
