About the session: These sessions are for anyone feeling weighed down by stress, negativity, or in need of self-love. No experience needed, just come as you are. You don’t need to carry anything alone. This is your sanctuary to soften, release, and reconnect within through breathwork, visualization, oracle cards, and sound frequencies. Each session is guided intuitively, weaving Mother Earth’s grounding presence with the cosmic vibrations that move through space and time. Step into a peaceful sanctuary surrounded by the soothing sounds of Crystal Quartz bowls, Tibetan bowls, and Koshi chimes & more scared instruments. We’ll align your nervous system, release energetic blockages, and set powerful intentions.
