Calling in those who have been, or are currently, struggling with emotional release, past trauma or hurt, low self-worth, and self-esteem. Those who keep putting their dreams and goals on hold, held back by fear of taking a leap of faith.afraid it might not work out. Do you find it hard to let go of emotional attachment, stress, or experiences from the past? If this feels like you, the this session has been created especially for you! ✨ You’ll be gently guided through a sacred sequence of reflection, release, and realignment. ✨ We begin with journaling, writing down what you’re ready to release. This is sealed in an envelope and placed beside your mat as guided visualisation and sound vibrations support the letting go. You’ll later dispose of it in your own time, with gentle guidance provided. ✨ You’ll then receive four guided journaling prompts to explore deeper thoughts and hidden emotions, followed by a manifestation visualisation to reconnect you with your desires from a place of alignment rather than force ✨ The session softens into a short meditation and immersive sound healing, allowing the nervous system to settle and your intentions to anchor. We close with a gentle pick and oracle card message to guide you forward. PLEASE BRING: 📒 journal or note pad (pens will be provided if you forget one) ✨ yoga mat or something soft to lay down on 🧺 pillow and blanket for head rest and coziness 💧 water bottle for hydration 💛 an open mind & heart OPTIONAL: 😴eye mask for deeper relaxation 🔮 crystals or anything else you would like close to you 🧺 extra pillows for under the knees we have limited cushions and blankets available, so please feel free to send me a message if you need any of these so that I can place them aside for you 💛 🚘 PARKING: Free parking is available behind the building where the Auto Bahn garage is. - There is a front & back entrance to the building. Please use the entrance facing Goddard Street (main road) 🚪 Entrance doors will be unlocked no later than 6.15pm due to these sessions being held after hours. Once you arrive please take a seat in the hallway while i finish preparing the space for you 🪄 ⏰ Please arrive on time so we can begin promptly in harmony of everyone present. No shows are non-refundable, though rescheduling can be arranged for future sound healing sessions (these will be standard sound healing sessions that are held weekly) I look forward to holding this space for you!
