No experience needed, just come as you are. You don’t need to carry anything alone. This is your sanctuary to soften, release, and reconnect through breathwork, visualization, oracle cards, and sound healing. Each session is guided intuitively, weaving Mother Earth’s grounding presence with the cosmic vibrations that move through space and time. Step into a peaceful sanctuary surrounded by the soothing sounds of Crystal Quartz bowls, Tibetan bowls, and Koshi chimes & more scared instruments. Through breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, we’ll align your nervous system, release blockages, and set powerful intentions. This is your safe space to unwind from life’s chaos, reconnect with your inner self, and invite in calm, clarity, and healing. 🌿 What to bring: ✨ yoga mat 🛏️ blankets or throw for coziness & warmth 🧺 pillows or cushion for under knees/head for extra comfort 🧦 comfy clothing 💧water bottle ✨an open mind and heart optional: 📓pen & journal for intention setting 😴eye mask for a deeper relaxation 🔮 crystals for manifesting 🌸 roll on essential oils Limited spare cushions, mats, and blankets available, so please contact me if you need any of these so I can arrange in advance. 📍 Location: Corner of Goddard St & Council Ave (entry faces Goddard St) 🚘 Free parking behind the building - look for the Auto Bahn sign to enter the car park 🚪 Doors lock at 6PM sharp.
